Gina Barber was born and raised in Millbrae, CA, just south of San Francisco. She attended St. Dunstan School and Capuchino High School. She then attended San Francisco State University earning a degree in Liberal Studies. Gina received her teaching credential from the College of Notre Dame in Belmont, California.
Gina started teaching in 1993 in the San Bruno Park School District. She taught sixth grade and second grade. She also was a new teacher mentor for 3 years. She then took several years off to raise her children. Gina then taught third grade with the Rescue School district in a job-share position, and then taught a first grade/ second grade combination class. She has been teaching at Holy Trinity for the past four years.
Gina and her husband Ken moved to Cameron Park in 2001. They have two children, Gianna and Dean. They are Holy Trinity parishioners and enjoy being part of this wonderful community
