Michelle Heuerman was born at Fort Benning, Georgia and lived in several states before settling in Southern California during high school. She received her B.A. and California Teaching Credential from the University of California, Riverside, and spent several years teaching the second grade at St. Lawrence Martyr School in Redondo Beach. Michelle enjoys staying active in a variety of school and parish ministries, and preparing the parish children for the sacraments of Reconciliation and Holy Communion. She also holds a current Catechist Certificate from the Archdiocese of Los Angeles.
In the winter of 2009, Michelle’s husband accepted a position in Sacramento; providing her with the opportunity to relocate closer to her relatives currently living in Lincoln and the Bay Area. She feels truly blessed to have been called and welcomed into the Holy Trinity Parish community as the second grade teacher.
