Service/Volunteering

Families are invited and encouraged to get involved with both our school and parish community. Said simply, “We LOVE and need our volunteers!”

All families are required to serve a minimum of 24 service hours within our school community. At least half of the service hours must be earned in actively participating in the needs of one of our fundraisers (Parent Party, Ministry Run, and/or Gala). Moreover, those families seeking the Worshiping Steward tuition rate also have an additional obligation to parish community service. For information on getting involved with our parish contact the Parish Life Director.

Other areas of need for service to our school includes: coaching, assisting with small group instruction, recess yard duty support, Morning drop-off, hospitality offered by HTPA, becoming a CSAC committee chair, and so much more. There is both on and off site volunteerism available.

All volunteers that are serving on campus during school hours or in the presence of the children MUST have the following minimum requirements to the office prior to volunteering: cleared fingerprints and Safe Environment certification. Additional requirements may also apply as deemed necessary for the service.
