TK/Kindergarten

Admission Requirements:

Age: Must be 4 years of age by September 1 of the year of admission to TK.

Must be 5 years of age by September 1 of the year of admission to K.

Vaccinations: Must be vaccinated per the CDPH for 4/5 year-olds.

Personal: Must be bathroom independent.

Must be able to separate from Mom or Dad.

Application Process:

1. Apply on the website at
   www.holytrinityschool.net
   Click on “Admissions” and then click on “New Student” application.
   Follow the instructions on the page.

2. Applicants for TK/K will have a readiness assessment with our TK/K teacher.
The assessment is typically held in March.

3. An offer email with an enrollment link will be sent with instructions on how to enroll. Enrollment is completed online.

4. Enrollment is complete and students are added to their class roster only on receipt of the following:
a. Birth Certificate - original copy. A photograph or a photocopy is not acceptable.
b. Immunization Record
c. Baptismal Certificate - If applicable. Original copy. A photograph or photocopy is not acceptable
d. IEP (Individual Education Plan) - -If applicable
e. Signed financial agreement and paid registration fees through FACTS SIS

What the student will need?:
a. A uniform - New and used uniforms may be purchased in the school office
b. School supplies - A supply list will be provided once enrollment is complete

What the parents will need?:
a. Fingerprint Clearance
b. Safe Environment Certificate
